At Bodega Badia, we take pride in the quality of our gourmet food products and want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Due to the perishable nature of our goods, we offer a 14-day return window for non-perishable items and immediate replacement for any items damaged during transit.

Return Process

    Email our customer service team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return or report as damaged.

    Receive Authorization

    Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a prepaid shipping label if the item is eligible for return.

  • 3.
    Pack Securely

    Place the unopened, original packaging inside a sturdy shipping box to ensure the gourmet products are protected during their journey back to our warehouse.

  • 4.
    Refund Processing

    Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
